Mr. Price Home & CoralBloom Studio Unveil an Easter Collaboration

We are thrilled to share the story behind our latest Limited Edition Easter collaboration with Mr. Price Home!

The journey began at Decorex 2024, where CoralBloom Studio’s Founder, Dr Michelle von Stein, was captivated by Mr Price Home’s Colab program featuring inspiring artist collaborations. After a brief but meaningful introduction to their team, sharing who we are and what we create, we dared to imagine what might be possible. A year later came the call every creative dreams of... an invitation to participate in a seasonal collaboration.

The brief was simple and joyful: create a fresh Easter-inspired collection that feels celebratory, special and accessible for everyday living. CoralBloom Studio contributed hand-painted watercolour floral artworks by Ann C. Jooste, inspired by the colours and symbolism of Easter, while the Mr Price design team brought their exceptional consumer insight and design expertise to translate these artworks into a beautifully curated, cohesive range.

In keeping with the spirit of local creativity, the collection also features charming South African rabbits illustrated by CoralBloom’s Megan L. Potgieter - a playful, proudly local interpretation of the traditional Easter hare.

The result is a delightful Easter collection designed to bring colour and whimsy into the home. The range includes ceramics, kitchen textiles, tableware, flasks, coolers, cushion covers and even a duvet set - perfect for gifting, entertaining and creating joyful everyday moments.

This collaboration celebrates the best of local talent and makes original South African artwork more accessible to a wider audience - stocked at 51 Mr Price Home stores nationwide! We are incredibly proud to be part of a collection that supports South African designers, makers and artisans.
